A message from our TreasureR:
We are ‘One Church’ and our legal entity is one Registered Charity. However, we have operated in “silo’s” in the past, with separate accounts being produced, separate budgets, bank accounts & Gift Aid claims etc. Each activity adds both a financial cost and volunteers time to administrate. We are streamlining how we manage our Parish finances. This includes making better use of current technology and, promoting the use of the Parish Giving Scheme (PGS). The PGS can virtually eliminate all of a volunteer’s time in managing collections and Gift Aid!
In terms of transparency, I am committed to producing regular financial information to our PCC & PLT members. I also welcome emails sent directly to me from anyone in our Parish with any questions or observations that you may have. -Geoff Gair
